I’m an explorer, dreamer, creator, thinker... and so much more. Every project I’ve taken on was guided, and aided by my curiosity, creativity and diligence. I'm using this space to showcase my current and past achievements, to detail upcoming plans and to make my presence felt in the world. I’m constantly changing, evolving and learning.

I do many different things, but each project I take on I approach with the greatest enthusiasm and focus. I love sharing my work with the world, knowing that I'm creating for an audience gives each of my projects an additional boost. Although being public is not always easy for me, I've found the feedback and comments I've received to be really helpful in shaping my work.

There's a quiet comfort in knowing I have not yet crossed paths with all of the people who will bring magic into my life...

WOMEN OF ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
In 2018 after recovering from the diagnosis of a brain tumor, and the subsequent procedure of a Gamma Knife surgery, I received the Women In Business Female Entrepreneur Achievement Award. This was for an entrepreneur who has initiative and dedication and who has also aspired to reach a goal in her chosen field, and having successfully achieved that goal is an inspiration to others.

This award was presented to me by Martine Wright MBE. A very courageous and inspirational woman who I felt very humbled to be sharing that moment with.
PUBLISHING SPECIALIST OF THE YEAR ~ 2021/2022/2023/2024
I faced many obstacles when approaching mainstream publishers for my adult and children's books, but I always know that everything happens for a reason, so because of this experience, I was guided once again to learn the merits, pitfalls and depth of creating my own publishing company, which has led to Partnership Publishing.
To be nominated, and then be awarded this Yorkshire Prestigious Publishing Specialists of the Year has been a milestone for Partnership Publishing. We are now reaching all the corners of the world with our collaboration and partnership with writers and authors.
Each day is different for me and my team, and from a very small beginning of self-publishing my own work, to now be offering this service to other writers, authors and creators, is an absolute joy.

A YORKSHIRE LASS

It doesn't seem possible when I look at this photo of Mum and me that I am now in my 70's with so much of life behind me, and I hope a 'legacy' for my team to carry on with. Perhaps the coming years will allow for more stories to be written, more interesting opportunities for personal and business growth to happen ~ we all need to make the most of the time we have, which I call 'the eternal now'.

Some people want it to happen ~ some wish it would happen ~ others make it happen.
